Wame joined the Foundation in September 2023 and is based in Gaborone, Botswana. She is responsible for leading the entire team and driving all elements of the Foundation's operations, including content production, fundraising and partnerships.

Sara’s been working with the MTV Staying Alive Foundation since 2003. She’s responsible for the operations and programmes of the foundation, also working closely with a number of our main partners.
